To make that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we provide below. We ask everyone who places an order to make sure that your address is entered correctly in the shipping information section of placing your order. We also ask that you include all relevant and/or required information. We also ask that you use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers. It is critical for ensuring successful timely delivery that we advertise. We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information you provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of your purchase.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

AL orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
